Simple tips to get yourself out from any sort of depression that you may be facing in your life.

Hey! There!!! I know, I've not posted for days but since I've got the time, I would like to continue sharing my thoughts with all of you. So, this is gonna be a long one. In my first blog I wrote about how time heals everything and I was gonna tell you about some changes or you can call it few tips to keep yourself optimistic and calm.

 These few little steps can make big changes in your life but remember only and only if you want to make those changes willingly in your life without arguing. So, here are some tips that will help you in your healing process against depression-

You need to look yourself at the mirror at least thrice in a day and say 'I Love You' to yourself whenever you look in the mirror. I know this sounds weird, but the first step is that you need to start loving yourself so that you recognise your worth. It's a sort of like boosting your self-esteem!!! So, cheer up!!

Okay!, the next one is, if you have frequent mood swings or just got through some breakups or relationship instabilities, listen to some of your favourite music but remember avoid listening to slow and sad songs if possible because you need to change your mood?, Right? Instead try turning on some rock music and dance to those tunes at least half an hour daily or simply turn on the radio and just start!!!



Go yourself out alone, either in parks or somewhere near about and eat your favourite food. The best part is that you don't have to share it with anyone :) imagine just you and a big slice of pizza!! What’s best than this? Enjoy!!

Stop thinking all those things or stuff that can ruin your inner peace and your healing process. For example stop thinking about what you could have done in those situations or what if you could have said this or that...uhhh enough of this shit!! It's eating your brain bro!! just stop this shit!

At night before going to bed, talk to yourself for about 10 min daily! Carry out self - introspection about things you've done or want to do. Think of ways to achieve your aim or purpose of your life :) Follow your dream people!!

Indulge yourself in some household work if you like to do so! Like you can clean up your room or house, help your mum in cooking and soon. Okay, the sole purpose of doing or indulging in these activities is to keep your mind busy with these stuff, so that our mind is distracted in various things and so we do not get the time to think about unnecessary thoughts which we, I mean obviously you don't want it to happen.


Try spending more time with those who value you more than anyone else, or with those who want you to always be a part of their lives and who really consider you as an essential part of their lives. The tough job is to find out who really cares and who doesn't give a damn about you. But trust me you'll get those types of people soon at the right time and place! Just keep patience, that's important :) And.... yeahhh remember that you value them too and don't take them for granted!

And last but not the least.... give yosurself enough time to analyse what you should be doing now after you've faced tough circumstances and how to move on... Take out time for yourself, eat healthy food and take good care of yourselves because "Healing starts with you" and you need to be mentally strong to overcome any situation in your life. So, to be mentally fit, you need to change the way to lead a good life filled with happiness.
